Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal churrasquera space. Without asking Jorge offered us to change the date if we wanted due to the rains but we decided to stay, and the next day we had to go he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" very nice too and all the spaces that had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

I actually wrote Yenny a private note after my stay thanking and complimenting. This will be my go-to place in Santa Cruz from now on. Great location right behind Las Brisas Mall. The apartment itself was ideal. Super communication. Secured building. I vote YES!!

Clean and modern appartement in an excellent and safe location. We haven't met Marcelo or his co-hosts but the check-in and communication were simple and efficient. His co-host was quickly responsive to any request we had. Highly recommend Marcelo's appartement.
