Fishing license is available on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Welcome to our newly built, modern house outside Ryssby. With a sauna and view of the lake, forest nearby and access to a bike path, the surroundings offer everything for a peaceful vacation. The house is fully equipped and family-friendly. Whether you're interested in fishing, swimming, picking mushrooms or drinking your morning coffee on the patio. In addition, our sweet goat family lives nearby and gives you a unique experience. Paddleboards are available to rent, please write if you are interested! NOTE! The Jacuzzi in the picture is not available!!!

Genuine Småland cottage near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Modern cottage by the lake with idyllic views and close to nature. In the house, there are all the amenities in a modern kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, dishes, cutlery and porcelain, bathroom with shower, TV, Wifi, and glazed patio with lake view. Washing machine and dryer. Relax in a unique and quiet accommodation with access to its own beach and swimming. Possibility of fishing. Rowboat 440 cm for 4 people included. Boat motor 5HK can be rented, price on request. At least 18 years of age and the guest will be liable for damages.

Newly built house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta nybygge (2025) bara 50m från sjön Unnens strandkant. 100m från huset finns badplats med bryggor, strand och tennisplan samt båt-/fiskebrygga i nyanlagda Vegas hamn. Natursköna vandringsleder, blårbärs- och kantarellgömmor samt paddelvänliga åar finns runt hörnet. I samhället finns förutom snickarglädje en pizzeria, kiosk, bensinmack med laddstolpe och matbutik. Flytvästar, 2-mannakanot och SUP ingår i boendet april-okt att låna för maximal upplevelse.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

There are also canoeing, trekking and museums trips nearby to stay active and connected to nature. 💫

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Stay in a cozy log cabin in the middle of the forest, 100 meters from the lake! Beautiful surroundings, many places to walk and relax in nature both in summer and winter. Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.
