Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Central Jokkmokk, 4-5 people

Ett enkelt boende för 4-5 personer nära naturområden. Passar er som vill bo själva, sova i bekväma sängar och kunna värma lite mat. Boendet består av en sovdel, kök och toalett. Dusch finns några rum bort. I köket finns två kokplattor, mikrougn, kyl och frys. Det går inte att steka mat då det saknas fläkt. I köket finns även matbord, stolar, bäddsoffa och TV (endast markbundna kanaler). I sovrummet finns fyra bekväma sängar. Lakan, handdukar, wifi och parkering ingår.

House by lake & ski resort in Swedish Lapland

We are renting out our house in Kåbdalis (Swedish Lapland). You will have a fully equipped house, over 130 square meters, all for yourself. The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.

Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! Vi kan även erbjuda en vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad! Även städning kan köpas mot en extra avgift om man har bråttom!

Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
