Welcome to the detached guest house – perfect for those who want their own accommodation with peace and quiet. The house has a simple kitchen with hobs, fridge/freezer and sink. The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A great place to view the Northern Lights Sep to April and Midnight sun in June. We can provide information for snowmobile and dog sledge tours. Great for photography with particularly good light. A small, newly renovated and cozy cottage for rent. In summer, when the days are long, you have the opportunity to fish, hike and pick berries and mushrooms. In winter, you can ride a snowmobile, ice fish and ride a dog sled. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with the possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a small country store in Moskosel (about 15 km).

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! Vi kan även erbjuda en vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad! Även städning kan köpas mot en extra avgift om man har bråttom!
