Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000-square-metre property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (individual rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

Villa Poderina is a typical pink stone cottage furnished in a beautiful country chic style, gently nestled on the bank of the Candigliano river located in the Marche hinterland with a wonderful panoramic view. Set in the garden, spacious and very well cared for, the beautiful pool is located, while a few meters inside the property you can access the charming unspoiled river beach with private access where you can take relaxing baths or walk paths.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
