The apartment consists of 2 rooms, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove with oven. The apartment is 150 meters from the square. Borgholm offers nice interior design and clothing stores as well as good restaurants. For nature lovers, Slottsskogen is only 150 meters away, with lovely nature trails that lead to Slottsruinen & Solliden, which is the royal family's holiday paradise. Welcome!

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Air conditioning at an extra cost of 50 per day 1500 sqm large plot with swings, trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
