With beautiful surroundings, proximity to Borgholm, exciting excursion destinations and the charming Djupvik, the place is both unique and incredibly easy to fall in love with.

Rural on an extended farm

Just 20 minutes from Ölandsbron is this farm with outbuildings dating back to the 18th century. Here you live in the white/green house with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. You have access to a barbecue and dining area. The sea is visible 1.5 km east of the farm and lovely, child-friendly Bjärbybadet with a sandy beach is just 2.5 km away. Borgholm is 23 km away and Kalmar 35 km. Bed linens and towels are included. You clean before leaving the accommodation.

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Målarvägen 4 Rälla

Welcome to Målarvägen 4, a spacious 1.5-story villa with a large plot centrally located in Rälla – a cozy community at the edge of the forest, close to Ekerum beach, Stora Rörs harbor and Rällaskogen's hiking trails. Nearby are shops, cafés, breweries, golf courses, art galleries and music at Kackelstugan. Bus connections to Kalmar, Borgholm and Färjestaden make the location ideal for both excursions and everyday life.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Here you live comfortably and can be several families. There is a possibility to increase the accommodation with an additional five places in the guest house on the property. You have access to several bicycles that easily take you to the beach and shops, but also to Borgholm.
