Nice house with large garden plot in a south-facing location on fantastic Oknö! The sea is within walking distance, just a few minutes walk from the house. On Oknö, there are several lovely beaches and the possibility of good fishing. On the island, there are also campsites, a restaurant and an ice cream kiosk. The house has a bright open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a lovely glazed sunroom with access to the garden. The kitchen is fresh with a pleasant dining area. On the property, there is also a greenhouse with garden furniture, as well as a playhouse for the children.

Stugan ligger i ett litet, lugnt och familjevänligt stugområde med fotbollsplan och boulebana. Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.

Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you as a couple or small family can also rent here. The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.

There is a possibility to increase the accommodation by another five places in apartment buildings on the property. You have access to several bikes that can easily take you to the swimming and shop but also to Borgholm.
