A cozy studio apartment on the 12th floor of a unique historic building with a breathtaking view in the very center of Borjomi. Brand new renovation, there is everything for a comfortable stay. !! Attention!! Our house is a historical and architectural value, now in a state of slow restoration and needs repair of the entrance group and hall, but this does not affect the work of all communications, great views from the window and the comfort of your stay! Уютная Студия для 1-2 с Прекрасным Видом. Дом в состоянии медленной Реставрации/Ремонта, но это не влияет на работу всех коммуникаций и подход к студии. Есть все для комфортного проживания. 12й этаж. Дом на холме. Самый центр Боржоми. 8-10 минут пешком до Центрального Парка с серными ваннами, рядом Крестовая гора и Крепость Петри. Прямо под домом новые стадион и спортивный комплекс. Лифт платный 10/20 Тетри. Конек нашего Дома -Крыша,с которой открывается Wow вид на Город, Реку и Горы 🥰
