Newly-built apartment in pool house 800 meters from Lugnet

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

This house is located in the Paradiset area in Borlänge. An incredible location close to natural areas but still close to the city. A house of your own on the same property where we live. Just behind the house is Paradisbacken, which is a large sledding hill in the winter. It is close to Romme Alpine, only 16 minutes by car. Kupolen shopping center is only 5 minutes away and Maserhallen/Aqua Nova even closer. Come and enjoy slalom skiing, hiking or shopping and spend wonderful days here! Welcome!

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Close to town but still rural! Large garden and terrace with barbecue facilities. Nice wood-fired outdoor sauna with relaxation room is used free of charge. Here you live close to everything you want in Dalarna. Long-distance trails, cycle paths, hiking trails around the hub. Close to slalom slopes such as Romme 34 km, Bjursås 25 km, Källviksbacken 8 km. Walking distance to Falu Mine! Business and centre 2.7 km. Various slalom equipment for children is available to borrow.

One room, private kitchen, bathroom and entrance

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.

Iconic farmstead in Tällberg/Laknäs

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Generösa utrymmen i huset med tre sovrum. Sovrum 1: Med dubbelsäng 160 cm. Rum 2: Rum med bäddsoffa 140 cm (för två personer). Rum 3: Rum med bäddsoffa 140 cm (för två personer). Huset har två badrum varav det ena med dusch. Generös parkering. Nära till Romme Alpin (7km) Katt finns i huset (dock ej under bokade dagar/nätter).

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med skogen precis bakom hörnet. Marker rikt på bär och svamp. Västerläge med sol på den vackra verandan hela dagen. Nära till centrala Leksand, nära till badplats vid Dalälven och Tibble Bystuga. Stor tomt med egen äng och natur. Bastu och eldstäder i huset. Granbergets fina skidbackar ligger 16 km från huset.
