I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this wonderful place and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of the stay was the host’s amazing hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions almost immediately, and her helpfulness truly made a difference.

Good location, downstairs is imago shopping mall. But only 1 thing is the Bathroom ceiling wall need to repair.

I'm very satisfied with the accommodation! As it was my second trip to Kota Kinabalu, I knew where to stay, but it was close to the night market, and nearby restaurants were all within a 10-minute walk, and it was a 15-minute walk from the nearby mall and Jesselton! They said they wouldn't take a taxi with wet clothes after playing in the water, so when I went, I walked when I came by taxi, but it was a good enough distance to walk! Oh, and the host was kind and proceeded with a late checkout, so I was able to stay comfortably even though it was a night flight! There was a saying that The Shore smelled in the bathroom, but it smelled a little when I first entered! But after staying for 3 nights, it was okay from the next day! If you don't use it, the smell seems to come up more! Oh, and another good thing! The balcony is a godsend! I sat on the balcony of the plane passing by and said hello, and I could see the pool right below, so it was nice to go to the pool, sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and see if there were a lot of people in the pool! My parents were also satisfied with the accommodation!

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.

Owner self managed property so it’s very clean. Ted is also very proactive in giving instruction days in advance and prepared infant stuff for me. He also did post check-in follow up to see if I need anything. Highly recommended.

beautiful view. fast wifi. big tv. complete kitchen equipment even though it's small. the toilet is clean... everything is as described. and the owner is also good and quick response...

To be honest, it was not our first choice in the beginning because we planned the trip too late but Ivan's place surprised us. Much pleasantly. It has all features we hope for a family trip. Peaceful environment. Easy accessibility to eateries and places of interest. Clean apartment and friendly host.

Good place if you travel alone/with a partner for a getaway/staycation. Quiet place with easy access to places within Kuching City.

I had an amazing stay at Katherine’s house—thank you! The place was cozy and well-equipped, with two sofas and two air conditioners in the living room, which made it very comfortable. However, I wanted to share a few points that might help improve the experience for future guests: Check-in process: It was a bit inconvenient to have to drive to the lobby to collect the key and then make a U-turn to park again. A more streamlined process would be appreciated. Bathroom issue: The bathroom drain in the living area seemed to be clogged, and the floor flooded during showers. Noise insulation: The window soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear traffic, especially loud motorbike exhausts at night. Bringing earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers. Despite these small issues, I was overall satisfied with my stay.

We absolutely loved the apartment!! Very clean and came with all the necessary amenities. Hosts were very responsive and kind. The location deserves a 10/10 stars!!!! We will definitely be back
