Approx. 4 km to the alpine ski center and grocery store. Hiking trail with lean-to just below the cabin. Big terrace, sun all day. Room for two cars right at the entrance. Please remember that final cleaning is done by the tenant. No shoes inside.

This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

Here you wake up with morning sun, many patios, great views of Birtevann and all the mountain peaks around. The highest peak you see from the living room window is 948m. And after a good breakfast, just buckle up and run 80 meters down to the ski slope at Birtevann. Or walk down to the hiking trail and enjoy the silence and the nature. Here in the area there are many great marked hiking trails and ski slopes summer and winter. Lots of fish in Birtevann. The trout can be seen from the living room window. No neighbors and very windy place.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).
