Beachfront holiday rentals in Bosphorus

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Very central and goid location to visit Kadikoy / Moda area and even Europa site with ferry

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

We had the opportunity to stay for a short time. With Mr. Fatih, a peaceful, quality neighborhood , extremely safe and helpful host, where you will feel at home. It will be our first choice for our next business trip.

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

We had an amazing trip to Istanbul and Barbaros played a big role. On the first night we had dinner in his restaurant (had the best fish during my entire stay) and he took the time to annotate a map for our trip. His suggestions and experience were great and we made the most out of our quick trip thanks to him. It’s a great location and very close to the historic sites of Istanbul. Would recommend this for young people as the immediate area is quite hilly and the roads are unevenly paved.

Once again, everything went smoothly and well with this apartment, thanks to its great hosts and the uniqeness of the place.

Mr. Murat and his lovely wife made a very warm welcome. They helped me with everything. The house was wonderfully spotless. Everything you might need in the house and kitchen was considered. The comfort of your holiday at home was very effective. Thank you for everything.

The location of the house is very good, the interior is clean and the host responded to our questions as soon as possible.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Great place to stay, great location, heated floors. It's a little noisy from the light metro, but you get used to it quickly. Please note that the double bed is more than one and a half by Russian standards.

Good location, only 10 min walk to the center. The kitchen tools are complete. The place where the house is located is quiet, calm forest and the sea together. The forest is very convenient to walk. Ms. Arzu's communication is very good. Satisfied, would recommend.
