This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

When you're not on the lake, explore Shreveport, just 20 miles south of this abode. Stroll the Louisiana Boardwalk, visit the Sci-Port Discovery Center, or try your luck at a Red River casino!

The surrounding areas are full of public parks & boat launches. After a day on the lake, come relax in the living room or lay down on the super comfy beds! The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
