Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pet-free and smoke-free. The cottage is located on the plot next to our house. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
