The apartment is excellent!! Very good inner space, the decor is perfect, amenities and very useful appliances. I felt at home the days I stayed there. Daniel was very solicitous, helped me with local tips, always responding quickly. The location is great, local commerce is close by. I definitely recommend this place!!

Everything inside was clean and nice. Only issue we had was Uber did not and would not pull up directly to our location and we would have to walk 5-7mins, during the day was ok but at night was not safe. I had my phone robbed and the host did kindly direct me to the nearest police station which was helpful. But honestly I would say only stay here in groups and be careful at night!! But overall inside was nice and the front desk was very helpful as well.

The place has a beautiful view. The floor is as seen in the photos. It is ideal for cultural and city tourism; it is further away from the beach, but easily accessible by Uber. The host ran to solve an inconvenience we had, and the person in charge of receiving us, Moses, is very attentive and friendly. The area is easy to get around, there is where to eat nearby and it's safe until 10pm that everything closes. After that it is better to Uber. If you go to the World Supermarket, which is the best and cheapest, keep in mind that you can only pay in cash.

Everything was excellent, Paulo a good person and very friendly, although we did not understand each other much by the difference in the language, we managed to communicate! I would go back to the place !! Apart the apartment is inside a shopping, down from the elevator and you have literally everything!

Very good accommodation even more beautiful in real life, the view is beautiful and it has everything you need for a great stay. Hosts are always available and very responsive which is much appreciated. In addition, the safety is impeccable and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet with the lagoon nearby and a nice walk. Easily accessible on foot or uber/ mototaxi, only 10 minutes to Ipanema beach or copacabana beach. I will be happy to return to this property.

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.

I stayed for a full month and loved it—I wanted to stay even longer! The house is exactly as described. Pros: Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and very dog-friendly. Sonia is wonderful. Cons: The street noise is constant and quite loud. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

Villa in Piratininga

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

I trave alot and I rarely do a review. But Priscila and this condo staff are exceptional. She was so responsive with every text or question. She was so flexible and helpful with immediate solutions or auggestions. Every worker you meet is so nice. This place is in a quite and secure neighborhood. No partying or loud music. Great for family (especially the pool area). Security is great without being over intrusive but you knew they were behind the scenes. I cant say enough about the staff or this condo. The price to value of what you get is so reasonable. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed every minute here. I highly recommend.
