Holiday rentals with beach access in Botany Bay

We absolutely loved the central location of this apartment. It is light and airy, well equipped and just as pictured. Elisabeth was a wonderful host who always replied quickly to our questions and did her best to allow for an early check-in as our flight from Austria arrived very early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to think twice about renting this apartment though. Garbage disposal and other trucks can be heard, even with windows closed, as early as 5 am. Add to this the fact that the next-door neighbour seems to be talking on the phone loudly at all times of day and night and on Friday and Saturday nights street noise can get quite loud. If you're not a sound sleeper, this might be somewhat challenging. All in all, a perfect place to stay centrally in Manly when you have no problem with noise.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and so central with lots of fantastic eating options and parks, cinema and beach for kids. Peter was a great host and so responsive. Can recommend.

We had a great stay in Tanya’s lovely pad. Ramsgate Avenue is easily the best street in Bondi, and Tanya’s flat is set up so well to soak up the the whole vibe of the amazing sunsets and sounds of the ocean. 5 min walk to North Bondi grocery (shuts at 9pm) and 2 minute walk to the beach, Speedos cafe and tons of amazing restaurants. The rooms were actually bigger than we expected and so was the lounge dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are really modern and nicely renovated and the whole apartment felt open and breezy. There was enough room for five of us and Tanya kindly made up a spare double mattress for us. The apartment feels really spacious and the shade blinds work really well to let diffused light in or block it out if you needed. Tanya was always really responsive and helpful when I messaged her. I thoroughly recommend this experience Thanks so much Tanya!

Unreal pad. Prime location. Super comfortable bed. Great bathroom. All codes so you don’t need keys which I found exceptionally easy. Great kitchen and living area.

We enjoyed staying in the room. It was clean and bed was comfortable. It had great kitchen facility so we could cook breakfast in the morning and cleaning up was easy because of the mighty dishwasher! The room had the adapter and charger too! The common laundry room with dryer was close to the room which was really helpful. Next to the unit, they have Mediterranean cafe that opens from 7 am and also the famous fish and chip shop is so close by too. Great access to the balmoral beach.

Great unit, fabulous location, everything Rod said it was. Highly recommend staying there. We will stay there again next year if available! 5 Stars!!!

Enjoyed our brief stay. Very close to cafes, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Wifi was excellent too as my husband relied on it to do some remote work. We found this apartment very comfortable. Thekla was a wonderful host and even made us a loaf of Artisan bread! Thank you!

A wonderful, spacious home for the weekend! We loved the neighbourhood, local park, beaches, and cafe at the top of the road. Grace was so kind to leave a few essential supplies including coffee vouchers for the local cafe. The bedrooms were a little warm (we are from Tasmania, so not used to 30+ degree weather) but the ceiling fans helped. The main level has air con and we stayed cool at the beach. Cronulla is a nice area. We would love to come back and explore more. Thanks for everything!!

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

We absolutely loved staying at Kat’s place. It was new and very clean and well decorated. All the amenities you need for a beach stay. Short walk to the village and to the beach. What a dream! We would love to come back.

Hilde’s place was clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed. It was within walking distance to local ammenities. Hilde communicated well, left clear instructions and was responsive to messages. Shame about the weather but all in all it was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Family of 5 + 2 furry ones stayed for a long weekend. Beautiful location and uninterrupted views across the water, was nice just to stay in and enjoy the ambience. However we did venture out and it was so well positioned, close to town, walking tracks, beaches but still quiet and peaceful. Only noise to be heard is the crashing of the waves! Would recommend and stay again.

Stuart couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive to our needs We all loved the accommodations including our granddaughter who kept mentioning “Stuart’s house” had this and that :)

Charlotte was a wonderful host and extremely considerate of my particular needs. Her place is perfectly positioned for the awe inspiring views of the Pacific, access to the beach and cliff-walks. It is a large airy apartment with an ample balcony designed, on one side, to take advantage of the ocean views. On the other side, the main bedroom opens onto a private courtyard giving a nice contrast to the open ocean views. I definitely recommend this place. I look forward to a return visit.

Alan’s Place was absolutely perfect for our night away! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Everything we needed was provided. Alan was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. The little personal touches Alan provided for our stay made us feel right at home.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. We had people in our party who were able to go for a swim, others who enjoyed a stroll through the Cronulla shops. There are great restaurants close by and we all enjoyed the view from the dining window of the beach and the street life below.

Al was absolutely amazing throughout my booking from the start to the end. I was running a little late for check in, and as long as I kept him updated, he was great. The accommodation has everything you need that keeps you private and self contained. It's clean and tidy, and had enough space for me as I was travelling alone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
