The Farmhouse at Iba Botanicals (5br, 30+ guests)

Iba Botanicals is a 24-hectare farm on the river in a serene natural experience. Perfect Covid getaway for families and groups. Very strong internet connection (300MBPS) for online school / work if required. The property has a modern 5 br lodge serving farm-to-table food, an ylang ylang flower plantation used for essential oils, organic farming, and more. Activities: Kayaking, swimming, beach, hiking, waterfalls, massage, farm tour. Breakfast is included, other meals by arrangement.

Welcome to Flow, a modern villa that blends contemporary living with the coastal charm of Zambales! We feature 3-bedrooms each with en-suite toilet and baths containing a total of five (5) queen beds and two (2) single bunk beds. Amenities include a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and communal spaces via our living/dining, pool, and courtyard. Our location offers easy access to the local town and is just a 7-minute walk to the beach - providing both privacy and accessibility!

Glass House 1 - Beachfront Villa

Relax with the whole family at this glass house by the sea! An open concept home with an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and the master’s bedroom! Glass House 1 is one of two villas in the premises. The two villas are across from each other and are separated by the pool in the middle. Each villa has a place of its own to relax and enjoy the view! There is a 1,200 charge for each additional pax in excess of 16 pax. Children 4 yrs old and below are free.

New Liwa Industrial Guest house Liwliwa, Zambales

Welcome to our industrial guest house! If you’re looking for a private and quiet place, this is for you. We are just a few minutes away from the beach. The pool is private and exclusively for you. The house can accommodate up to 6 people , with an additional charge for extra guest. Parking is also available for our guests only. We have a coffee shop outside where you can relax and enjoy coffee with your family and friends. Thankyou and hope to see you!
