In the forest, about 500 meters walk from the house, there is a large windbreak with barbecue area right by the river Tidan, fishing opportunities. The urban area of Mullsjö is 5 km away, where there are grocery stores, pharmacies and liquor stores. Sweden's first/oldest golf course, Ryfors, is three kilometers away. In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing at Mullsjö Ski Center, seven km.

Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.
