If you wish to chill and recharge we are the ideal location. Our BBQ lodge can be booked with Little Owl to sleep an additional 2 people or to just use for an evening barbecue. The Cider House is a converted barn tucked away in the village of Pilton, Somerset. It is a large airy and light space. It has a private courtyard and garden, 24 hour under floor heating and hot water. There is a top quality superking bed, excellent for having sleeps in, with hand pressed sheets. To augment heat there's a wood burning stove. We supply and lay a first fire for you with enough logs to get it going after which you can purchase a sack of seasoned logs from us for £10.00 a bag.

Our cottage, set in the grounds of our home, is close to the cities of Bath and Wells as well as Bristol airport, Castle Cary station, Glastonbury, Bath and West show, Babington House and several schools including Downside, All Hallows , Wells Cathedral and Millfield . We are situated on the edge of the Mendip hills just a walk away. The cottage is full of character and laid out over three floors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

We are close to art and culture, wonderful countryside, pubs and restaurants. Visitors will love the historical setting which is at the foot of the Mendip Hills. We are close to Wells, Glastonbury, Bruton, and the Bath and West Showground. The cottage is perfect for couples, families and business groups.

Within the grounds of the our property, it is very private and peaceful, with its own garden. It offers a wonderfully relaxing stay with walks in stunning countryside. There is plenty of wildlife around and deer sightings (especially at dusk) are optional! With an award winning pub a short walk away, what more could you want.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
