The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Weekly rental Sun-Sun from week 25 The house has lovely spaces for socialising and wonderful dinners – both indoors and outdoors. PLEASE NOTE that there are only 6 beds, a sofa bed and 3 MATTRESSES. There is space for one mattress in each bedroom. It's also possible to take it down to the lower level. A TV, a DVD player with films and some toys are available on the upper floor. Bathroom with a bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

A charming cottage with a lovely deck around the house and close to salt swimming. The cottage has an open plan with sleeping loft. Fireplace in the middle of the cabin and access to wood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is combined with laundry. The cottage is secluded but close to the fishing village Mollösund with shops and restaurants. By ferry from Tuvesvik you can easily get to Käringön or Gullholmen. Within a mile radius you will come to hiking trails, golf and exercise opportunities.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Free parking is just outside the house.
