It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

Large downstairs apartment

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, two lounge chairs, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. WE LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL and will be available if needed.
