Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Kingwood is a comfortable double bedroom self-catering apartment with RECENTLY RENOVATED TV & WIFI, just 3 minutes away from the beach and Douglas’ downtown village attractions and amenities. Within easy walking distance is the sandy beach at the Promenade, the pretty harbour, the village's Isle of Man Steam Railway station and local shops, restaurants and cafes. The rest of the island is easy to discover from here too, as a bus stop is located just around the corner!

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
