There is also a municipal parking lot approximately 100 meters away. In the surrounding area, there is the Graça Morais Contemporary Art Center and the Sé Church. The apartment is new and is decorated in a modern and elegant way, with excellent quality materials, and also has a balcony overlooking the garden.

The gorgeously designed house is located in a generations old family property and derives from the reconstruction of an ancient haystack made of stone where rabbits were once bred - hence its name (“Casa dos Coelhos” stands for “House of the Rabbits” in Portuguese).
