Charming apartment in a villa in a quiet location, close to trams and just a few stops from the city centre. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor of the house, and you will have your own apartment on the upper floor. Three bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with a balcony offering a fantastic view. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Private parking and access to our garden. Bed linen and towels are included. No parties or smoking indoors.
