Attefallshus of 25 sqm, high up on Näset with fantastic views of Gothenburg's southern archipelago. Here you live with the sea as a neighbor and cozy pine forest right outside the door. The house is privately located in relation to the residential house and to get there you go up a large number of steps. From the roof terrace, you have a view of Gothenburg's southern archipelago.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Cabin with sea view, sauna and hot tub

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation"; here you can work in peace and quiet with fast Wi-Fi.
