The hillside situation guarantees a wonderful view on the surrounding nature and Burghausen with its famous castle. Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

Living in the countryside

A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. There are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The apartment consists of: Bedroom with large double bed Bedroom with mattress on slatted frame 140x200 and an additional bed with 90x200. Living room with a large sofa that you can also use for sleeping and a 90/200 bed 2 bathrooms Bathroom, Kitchen and balcony

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
