The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

The cottage interior is in excellent decorative order; fully equipped; electric central heating plus log burning fire. Guests have use of the beautiful garden. Can also be a great base to visit London from the local station.
