The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

A spacious sleeping area is featured with a large bed dressed in white linens and a grey throw. A cozy seating area includes a dark leather sofa with decorative cushions. Natural light enters through sliding glass doors, illuminating the neutral-toned space.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

‘Porthole’ -Shoreham Beach studio

Light and airy,self contained studio, in a perfect location; a quiet road, 2 minutes walk from Shoreham Beach. This garden annexe features a separate private entrance, sought after off road parking, a private outside seating area and safe space to store bikes or boards behind a locked gate. There are no cooking facilities but we have provided a fridge, toaster and kettle with milk, tea and coffee. The walk in shower allows you plenty of space to unwind after a day on the beach.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with a white duvet and decorative pillows. Each side of the bed is flanked by yellow nightstands, topped with modern lamps. The warm wooden walls create a natural and inviting ambiance.

Unique Wooden Cabin in Lewes

This unique and beautifully hand crafted cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Lewes, the historic county town of Sussex. The cabin is located in our large garden with access via a side gate next to the main house. We are situated on a quiet road, with incredible views of the countryside and off-road parking. The centre of Lewes is a 15 minute walk away or your can be on the South Downs within 5 minutes.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
