The Cart Barn

The newly converted 19th Century former Cart Barn has been lovingly restored. A beautiful, light, airy open plan space ideal for a romantic few days away. We are very close to Ashdown Forest, with easy access to Glyndebourne, Charleston, Hever Castle, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells & Lewes. Max 2 dogs are welcome. We have excellent walks on our doorstep including direct access to the Wealdway. An outdoor swimming pool (shared with others staying from June-end August) and tennis court available.

Amazing large pristine heated pool, country views

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
