When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. It is possible to add an extra person as they are possible to set up an extra bed for a fee so you can stay three. The accommodation has a private entrance. Kitchen with dishwasher. 100 meters to Storsjön, 4.5 km to the city center, 50 meters to the bus stop with good connections. Skiing stadium is 5 km away There is also an alphabet game.

Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.
