V blízkosti je Campus square, Výstaviště, Mendlovo náměstí, dálnice D1, lesopark, cyklostezka a pár příjemných hospůdek. Dům je situován ve slepé uličce a v klidné lokalitě. Je tedy vhodný pro všechny, kdo hledají klidnou lokalitu ovšem s dobrou dostupností do centra. Možnost parkování na ulici. Pod nosem jsou hezká dětská hřiště a spousta zeleně.

The skylights provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
