In summer, it is 3 degrees cooler than in the center or by the water. The advantage is a large 1000m2 plot that provides privacy from passers-by. The advantage is a covered spacious terrace in case of bad weather, you can still spend time outside. The cottage dates back to the 1930s, when two friends bought it as a semi-detached house. The lower part of the cottage is brick, the upper part is wooden.

We offer 2 fully equipped apartments for your stay, just 1 km from Veveří Castle and the Brno Dam. There are 2+kk apartments available for up to 8 people in total. Each apartment has a double bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed (160x200cm) for 2 people on the extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, coffee and tea set - free of charge, minibar - for a fee, iron, sewing kit, and a cosmetic set in the bathroom for hire. Smart TV and Apartment number 1 has a dishwasher.
