Rental of a fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment (2+kk) in the center of Brno with a luxurious view, garage parking, and a 20 m2 terrace, including an elevator directly from the garage. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and slippers. This apartment also has a terrace that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The maximum dimensions of the parking spot are 180(h)x500(d) cm.

Nearby there is the Svatoboj restaurant, groceries, a popular bike path with beautiful nature and one of the best wellness centers in Brno - 4comfort.

This studio apartment of 86 m² is located on the ground floor and features windows overlooking the garden. The apartment includes a private terrace, perfect for relaxation. It has its own entrance and is conveniently situated next to our quiet parking area, ensuring maximum comfort. Important notice: We’re sorry, but the hot tub in this apartment is temporarily out of service. Thank you for your understanding.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
