Rental of a fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment (2+kk) in the center of Brno with a luxurious view, garage parking, and a 20 m2 terrace, including an elevator directly from the garage. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and slippers. This apartment also has a terrace that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The maximum dimensions of the parking spot are 180(h)x500(d) cm.

The room is equipped with a desk with a chair and a comfortable armchair. The room has a Smart TV, free WiFi and air conditioning. The room also has underfloor heating.
