Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Once you enter you forget where you are. Cosy and inviting, clean and fresh. Celebrating a special occasion let us know how we can help you i.e. a cake, balloons, dinner - Private chef,  chauffeur,  place to go, etc, we are help to help where we can. Brixton is a vibrant multi cultural place to visit, with a host of things to see and do. Take a bus outside the property, walk to Brixton/Streatham. Take one bus straight to West End.

Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

This studio is completely self contained within a secure garden of the host's house of residence. It has all you need for a relaxing visit. There is a double bed in the property and if 3 guests are staying we put in an extra single fold out bed. If you are two guests who do not want to share the double bed please let us know - FYI there is an extra charge for the single bed per night. There are excellent transport links into London.

Lovely 2 bed garden flat near Tulse Hill station

Lovely flat in Tulse Hill, just 3 mins walk from Tulse Hill station. There's a spacious kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (one king, one twin/king convertible) beautiful bathroom and a study/desk area. There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.
