Enjoy the quiet of the countryside in this classic red cottage. The cottage is located on our property where there is another residential house. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. Guest house Lilla Sanningen

Here you live a quiet environment with proximity to nature. The cottage is located on beautiful cultural rich Falbygden, with proximity to Hornborgasjön with its fantastic bird life. The cottage is well located for day trips to many attractions and attractions. By car you can reach in about 1 hour both Lake and Lake Vättern with nice baths. Mösseberg offers in summer time nice hiking areas and zoo, and winter time ski resort with downhill skiing and ski tracks. To the nearest community with grocery store and pizzeria, it is about 6 km.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Close to nature accommodation at Hornborgasjön Nature Reserve

Newly renovated cottage at the Hornborgasjön nature reserve. Spring and Fall the cranes offer a mighty spectacle that you can listen to while sitting on the porch. You overlook the mads and the lake, with a rich wildlife and beautiful sunsets. TV is available as well as Wifi. The cottage has a double bed, kitchen and spacious bathroom. The living room is located in the detached building which has a wood-burning stove. Guests can also use the wood-fired sauna after the host has shown them how it works.

Bjällums Lime Worker's Residence

Peaceful accommodation with panoramic views of Hornborgasjön, just next to the beautiful pilgrim path between Gudhem and Varnhem. Walking distance to the nearest bird tower and Naturum. In the 1920s, homes were built for the workers in Bjällum's lime mill. A room and kitchen, reed mats on the walls, a hefty brick, earth cellar, potato land and apple trees. The cottage was extended and renovated in the 1980s, and improvements are being made on an ongoing basis.
