You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. Enjoy rural surroundings with forest and river. Welcome to Halvorhytta, a charming cabin in timber, about 90 years old. The cabin is located about 250 m from our farm where we have a small herd of Dexter cows. Dexter is one of the smallest cattle breeds in existence. Easy access from highway 7 (rv7), about 2 km. The cabin is located approx. 300 meters from our farm where we live. Proximity to the Bear Park in Flå and Langedrag, trail cycling, mountain tours and Skiing in Liemarka.

Located only 1.5 hours from Oslo Airport, the cabin overlooks the fjord and offers opportunities for golf, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and spa experiences.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
