Our exclusive apartments at the foot of the Rax are a journey back in time to the turn of the century around 1900, with the comforts of today. The newly renovated apartments are equipped to a high specification. The view from the window into the spacious park and the sound of the Schwarza have hardly changed in the last century. In order to turn a turn-of-the-century manor house into a modern-day gem, it takes an understanding of style, high-quality materials from yesteryear and a lot of attention to detail.

Willkommen in unsere Hütte unter der Rax. Die Hütte hat eine Duschzeile mit Bossini Brausegarnitur, verspiegelt mit Estrich/ Natursteinkiesel- Fliesen. Die Küchenzeile besteht aus einem Hotelkühlschrank, einem Zweifach Induktion Ceranfeld sowie Edlestahlabwasch, bündig in Natursteinplatte. Die Toilette hat eine Nasszeile (Goldschale) sowie ein Bidet WC. Die Elektrifizierung besteht aus LED Leuchten. Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Infrarot Steinplatte sowie einem Dänischen Ofen Morsö. This great accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the city of Leoben, Graz, the Red Bull Ring and the Styrian Erzberg is anything but ordinary. Both the motorway junction and Leoben train station are in the immediate vicinity and Graz Airport can also be reached in around 1 hour. The accommodation is a private house in our garden, which has its own bathroom and kitchen and was completely renovated inside and outside in 2023.

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Erlaufsee, which is a few meters away. Guests will find in the apartment a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet as well as a spacious kitchen with dining area and sofa bed including another fold-out bed. On the property of the apartment there is also a restaurant which invites you to eat.
