Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. Welcome to live in your own little cottage with a small place to sit outside in a secluded spot in our garden. (We sometimes walk past as the bicycle storage is next door.) The cottage is located on a quiet leafy street with a five minute walk to the center and train station. The cottage is cozy and well equipped but older as are the appliances and the water heater is a smaller model which is why we keep the price low. There is a sofa bed for two and a bedarmchair.
