We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Little cottage among the mountain stables

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds you can catch perch, roach, pike and pike perch. With a plastic boat, you can go out on Lake Vänern and if you have a kayak with you, it is easy to put in. The plastic bucket is good for rowing, but also has a motor. You need to bring your own clean petrol You can swim from pine-covered rocks in the bay or out on the skerries and islands. Värmlandsnäs is located in the middle of Sweden's largest freshwater lake, Lake Vänern, and has a rich wildlife, including birds, deer and wild boar.

In the wilderness of Lekvattnet is Villa Granhede with a wonderful location with its own lake plot and jetty by Lekvattnetsjön. Here you can bathe in a wood-fired hot tub and light a fire in the fire pit right down by the lake. Fish by the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 Torpsleden trail, about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding directly on the property, ice skating or ice fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski slopes just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Lake Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with sink and shower. Wooden balcony directly by the cottage and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cottage with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds and a separate small house with a Cinderella chemical toilet. Blueberry forest all around, blueberries can be picked in season. Access to canoe. We have WiFi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Welcome to a cozy cottage located on our farm in By 4 km north of Sunne. The cottage has 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed of 140 cm. TV and Wi-Fi. Dining area, kitchenette with sink, cupboard, coffee maker, microwave and stove. There is also a fridge and freezer. Bathroom with toilet and shower and adjacent sauna. South-facing veranda. Three-minute walk to the jetty by Lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Sunne Ski & Bike 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theater 8.5 km, Golf course 8 km.

Fjäll

Charming and cozy house in the countryside, where you can stay all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.
