This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

This is a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment nestled in College Town, one of the oldest, most beautiful neighborhoods in BR. You will be blocks from the south gates of LSU, a 5 minute walk to the LSU lakes (with its 4 mile walking loop), a 12-15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium and nearby to lots of great restaurants and campus night life. Our safe and quiet apartment is a great place for visiting students and parents, as well as business travelers and BR visitors.

Home away from home

Nice quiet spot to relax. Centrally located so just minutes away from downtown and near many stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is patrolled by hospital security. That being said, it is across the street from a hospital so you do hear sirens at times. It’s also an older home. I do my best to take care of it and make sure everything is in great condition for y’all.
