Loft holiday rentals in Brussels

The loft perfectly meets the requirements for business and tourist life. Cozy bedroom, functional kitchen with kitchenware, workspace and dining area. The Internet is enough for videos and special programs. The location next to the southern railway station ensures optimal use of public transport. On Sundays, an almost oriental bazaar with cheap products can add significant variety to the usual set of products. The English-speaking host provides maximum possible help and care. I want to come back here.

Autonomous rental, from arrival to departure, my instructions are very clear and precise, the apartment is located 8 minutes from the train station and 5/20 minuntes walk from the center of the large square. That's great. Great apartment to discover Brussels. We had a lovely long weekend.

Cozy house in a great position, very specific communication. Recommended

First, we loved how walkable it was, super close to shops, restaurants, even the Grand Place! Second, it was huge, with two bathrooms – one Western, one Chinese. But the Western shower was a bit wonky; it wobbled when the water was on. That leaky ceiling in that bathroom freaked us out the first day, but we got over it. Third, the kitchen was great – fully stocked, microwave, oven, and a massive fridge. Trash pickup was a bit of a mystery though; it's only on certain days. They did not provide trash bags, only enough for one or two night stays, but not over at least three nights. The washing machine was a lifesaver, we all really appreciated it. We all really needed to do laundry, especially after five nights without it in the Netherlands. That ping pong table was a nice touch, especially after a long day, but lugging heavy suitcases up to the room's gonna be a pain.

Nice flat very close to the station for transport, ideal for 1-2 people

This is by far one the the best places I’ve been to in 30 years of travelling: the loft is fantastic, it oozes character and Fabrice’s impeccable taste in decor, furniture, art, cinema and design is visible in every little detail. Fabrice is super responsive and he communicates clearly, everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures and the loft is walking distance to the centre and has lots of very good restaurants in a 5 minutes’ walking radius. The building is super safe and the area is quiet and residential; there is a handy supermarket downstairs to cover your needs. I would give it 6 stars if I could, I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

We really loved staying here. We were a party of 3, and we luckily ran into one of the co-hosts when we arrived. He promptly explained (in French) where everything is and opened the door for us. The language wasn't an issue because I speak a bit of French and used a translation app for everything else I needed to know on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything smelled fresh and clean, it was a really nice space. The hosts live upstairs, so this is something you should take into consideration if you decide to stay here. We didn't mind, as they did not disrupt us in any way (it was actually helpful that they were there!). The area is quiet, but it's quite far from the city centre. We chose this place specifically as it was close to the Forest Arena, and we wanted to attend a concert there. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really nice and were fast to answer any requests we had.

We had a great stay in Brussels in this beautiful apartment. We appreciated the responsive communication, flexibility with check in, and the great location. Only suggestion would be to have some updated photos as the appliances in the listing were not actually available (Nespresso machine and fans upstairs).

Fantastic place, repeated already a few times, and when possible repeat again. Nice designed spacious flat at one of the nicest spots of the city, flat is located in a quiet part of the city but at walking distance from the vibrant Chatelain square where you have many nice bars and restaurants. Very easy access with tram to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Only downside: the very average environment given the population that hangs in the evening in the neighborhood. I advise you to stay in the accommodation and enjoy the sauna, billiards and jacuzzi to avoid bad encounters

Fantastic apartment – quiet, stylish space, surrounded by local gardens. Nice and airy space - was perfect for a writing trip. Dimitri is a great and helpful host - even found me a writing chair ;-). Apartment is about 20 minutes from city centre by bus or just hop on a rentable bike. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Agnieszka. Everything was exactly as described – the apartment and the terrace are truly a little gem! Agnieszka is extremely accommodating, customer-oriented, and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and would be happy to come back anytime. We can warmly recommend this place to everyone!
