A small family cottage a few metres above the Žermanická Dam, on private land, offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller boiler that runs non-stop, so it requires careful water management. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking

During this unique and peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. We have just completed a complete renovation and no one has lived in the apartment since then.
