My house is centrally located, close to the airport, cafés, bars and most other places. It is 1 minute from Hasanağa Garden and the bus stops. All fittings are brand new. Each room has natural gas, a water purification system and unlimited fibre internet. I am renting out the house where I live myself on a full-time basis; please do not confuse this with daily rental properties, and I would appreciate it if the property is used with care. I kindly request that no smoking takes place inside the house; you can smoke on the balcony if you wish.

Suitable Adventure

Our caravan, which is within walking distance to Buca Tınaztepe Campus and stops, is very close to the highway entrance and public transportation. There are cafes, Starbucks, Burger King and markets open 24 hours a day. The heater is available and the kitchen is active; however, the bathroom/sink is closed due to malfunction (needs can be met from the surrounding businesses). The caravan must be left in the same condition as it was received, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Central and practical accommodation!
