Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

accommodation ideally located to visit Florence thanks to the metro 3min walk we arrive in the city center in 20min. clean and well-equipped accommodation with attention to detail as basic necessities perfect communication with hosts parking space is a big plus

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Small but very well equipped apartment, centrally located. Great solution for those who want to stay in an extraordinary village like Cortona.

WOW - our stay in this beautiful apartment from Amanda was just fantastic. The terrace with the view is very special! However, you have to take some stairs, but it's worth it! Not only the terrace offers a beautiful view, basically you have almost an all-round view in the apartment (also to the mountains), even when showering. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean, there was everything you need. Amanda had already put several bottles of water and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us on arrival, which was really very sweet of her. Check-in was straightforward, as was the contact with Amanda. The location of the apartment is perfect, you can walk to everything, there is a bus stop right in front of the house (also for the hop on hop off bus). A supermarket and a parking garage outside the ZTL (ground floor 15€/24h) are nearby. Absolute recommendation for this apartment and host

Great place and great hosts! Carlotta checked in on us every day to ensure we were comfortable and well set up. The property itself is fantastic and in a piazza with great restaurants at a stones throw away. Would highly recommend and would love to come back to the property the next time we are in Italy again!

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

The apartment was fantastic with amazing views. Location is amazing and easy to walk around to see sites, shop with great restaurants near by. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place, even more beautiful than in the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully situated with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley is easily accessible by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with ferries for activities on site. Unfortunately the weather was not so good in early May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

I'll keep it simple. We loved our stay in Siena and the apartment was exactly as described and all that we hoped for.

It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town and is also accessible by public transportation. The interior is very cleanly maintained and parking is not bad. The market is a 3-minute walk away, so it's easy to buy groceries.

It was a really pleasant stay, a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. Spacious and well arranged accommodation, on the first floor.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Piece of heaven on earth! The views, the house, the terrace, the pool, and the nature (specially the sound of the birds in the morning) was all spectacular. Lovely hosts that accommodated everything and provided an abundance of recommendations (in a super organized laminated folder).

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
