Ground floor own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge/dining area with french doors onto private patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, dinner etc. Downstairs toilet, also a seating area to front courtyard. Stairs leading to first floor with King size bed overlooks garden, and off to landing is a large walk in shower room with toilet and basin. My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.
