Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.
