Very modern and cozy space. Ideal for a couple or a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children for guests to sleep comfortably. Close to shopping area and 5 minutes away from La Basilica Señor De Los Milagros. Very friendly neighborhood. The place has it’s own entrance and garage. It also has security cameras in the outside entrance and inside the garage. NO CAMARAS ARE INSIDE THE STUDIO FOR GUESTS PRIVACY. This premise is smoke free and no parties are permitted. Private parking, it has 3 furnished rooms, main rooms with air conditioning, a sofa bed for extra accommodation. It has good lighting, large windows, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom area with a washing machine and space for a clothesline. It is located 5 minutes from the Basilica of the Lord of Miracles, and has a supermarket, pharmacies and the best restaurants around it.
