Cozy cottage Warmia Mazury

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

Duży Dom in Wolnica is a spacious house situated amidst the Warmian forests, ideal for 10–14 people. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional WC, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a barbecue. On the property, there is a pond with a jetty, a spacious sauna for larger groups (accommodating up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented in addition.

A free parking space and an electric car charging station await you. Two bicycles are available for guests. I can also lend you a paddleboard.

"Między Lasem a Jeziorem" is a modern, year-round cottage located on the edge of the forest, in the picturesque village of Miłakowo. This is the perfect place for those looking for beautiful views and proximity to nature. The forest is a few steps from the cottage, and you can walk to the charming Lake Mildzie in about 15 minutes. Lake Wuksniki, one of the deepest lakes in Poland, is also nearby. In the evening, relax in the hot tub and sauna.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and equipment that allows you to stay in Siedlisko forever.
