Its a perfect place to stay in cdo.. malapit lang po sa national highway. And kng may balak mag sevenseas, dito na po kayo. The host and caretaker of this building is very approachable and kind.

The place is very good for group trips. Our group had a great stay and Ms. Joy is very accommodating.

But she still accommodate me and charge very reasonable rate for the excess guest. Your place is Great, bigger than we used to other condo in other Area. The location is very good highly recommended. L's Cozy Home provided a delightful experience during my recent stay at their condominium. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the array of amenities available. The host's attentiveness and warmth made me feel immediately welcomed and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the comprehensive entertainment setup. The TV not only offered HBO Go and Netflix, but also had a wide selection of channels, providing plenty of options for unwinding after a long day. This level of entertainment choice was a pleasant surprise, as it's not often found in other condos. Moreover, the thoughtful touches extended beyond entertainment. Free water and snacks were generously provided, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The eco-friendly bathroom set was another highlight, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, L's Cozy Home exceeded my expectations.

Very nice place had everything i needed and nice neighborhood. A little hard to find based on address given, but we called the caregiver and he came to us and showed us the way. I also requested to check out at 12 instead of 11 that was listed and owner had no problems. Very satisfied.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

We had a great stay, especially with our 2 fur babies. Although we had a bit of a challenge sleeping at night because blankets were not provided. My sister had wake up in the middle of the night to go to the storage area, which was one of the 3 bedrooms, to get some blankets. But will definitely consider booking again if we will be visiting Don Carlos again soon.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.

Everything went smoothly. The place is nice and clean, located within walking distance of malls, restaurants, and transportation. When I didn’t feel to go out, I cooked and stayed home watching movies on Netflix. The Wifi is very helpful to get connected to the internet. My three weeks vacation were not enough. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rosemarie and Cristopher responded quickly to my needs or questions.
