There are two levels of patios to relax under, featuring a brand new patio, or relax on the 2nd level & enjoy the best sandy beach in Bullhead! The front side of the home is gorgeous, the house sits on two enormous lots. Has round about driveway capable of parking RV's, boats, and all the toys you can bring. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
