This stylish place to stay , perfect for couples or solo travelers. Enjoy the view of wide window in a high floor of the JVC and burj Khalifa and Burj Alarab from very far. Well equipped and in stylish building with nice swimming pool and gym. Supermarket and restaurants are just downstairs. Jvc is a great area with many facilities. Circle mall is just 5 min. By car Hotels like five Jumierah is of a walking distance. Connected to many areas in Dubai by Hessa street and Alkhail street.

A peaceful central studio in AG Tower, Bussines Bay, 10 minutes drive to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and easy access to all touristic attractions. The apartment is located on the 13 floor and has a big balcony where you can enjoy the scenic view. The building is equipped with pool, gym and 24h security. In the same building at ground floor there are 2 supermarkets, and one of them is open 24h. 15 min drive from Kite Beach and majority of popular beaches. Nearest metro station is Business Bay.
