This home is full of Character and Charm! Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds and is also equipped with a chalkboard, board games, and a play tent. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.

The Hideaway is a unique off-grid campsite on the Kansas prairie in a copse of trees. You can enjoy the beauty of nature and the comforts of home. Inside this beautiful Belle tent there is a cozy queen size bed, a dinette equipped with place-settings for 2, a sitting area and a heater. Outside the tent you'll enjoy our kitchen with a smoker/grill and gas stove, dining area and fire pit. The eco-friendly bathhouse has shower, sink and composting toilet.

Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
